Wai Leng decided to bake, for the very first time, authentic pineapple tarts:
The recipe seems fairly easy...don't get fooled, it's hard!!! |
This is the famous pineapple filling...it takes about 2h to prepare!!! |
Once the dough is ready, you can roll or make a ball with the pineapple paste (super sticky!!!) |
